The 2018 Nagle Education Alliance of Australia Student Leadership Conference will be held in Tasmania at St Mary’s College, Hobart from Tuesday 7 August to Friday 10 August.
The Conference theme ‘Light our way’ will take participants on a journey of past, present and future with focus on Nano’s message of justice, compassion and care for others. Year 10 students will engage with other young people from NEAA schools to discuss social justice issues, share their passion for leadership and learn more about the Presentation charism and Nano Nagle.
Participants are encouraged to arrive early and attend the pre-conference barbecue on Tuesday afternoon.
Once your school is registered, you will receive further instructions on how students can pay for their place, accommodation suggestions and a copy of the event program. The registration cost is $200 per student (no registration cost for staff accompanying students). Schools are required to arrange their own flights, airport transfers, accommodation and some meals.
Expression of interest must be registered by Friday 22 June 2018.
