About the position

The Property Services Manager is accountable for the effective, efficient and responsible management of the College grounds and facilities. The Property Services Manager uses advanced specialist skills to plan, develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems, policies and procedures.

The role assumes a high level of managerial expertise, including a significant level of leadership. The Maintenance Manager is expected to work autonomously and exercise judgement and discretion in dealing with a range of complex tasks and situations.
