About the position

The Senior Maintenance Officer is a member of a team responsible for providing a contemporary, stimulating, safe and supportive learning environment that caters for the educational needs of all St Mary’s College students in a positive and disciplined working environment.

The Senior Maintenance Officer is required to work within a team to ensure that all buildings and furniture within the College precinct are maintained to a satisfactory state. The role holder will work cooperatively with the Property Services Manager and may deputise for the  Property  Services Manager when that person is absent from the premises.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
